When will my order ship?
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship.
How can I track my order? 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so make sure to check your inbox and spam folder. 
What is your return/exchange policy? 
  • SYZY offers free U.S. returns on full priced items purchased online, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method or store credit (does not include shipping). To initiate a return for an online U.S. order, send an email to CONTACT@SYZYUNIVERSE.COM. 
What is your warranty policy?
  • All products purchased through SYZYuniverse.com have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear. Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send an email to CONTACT@SYZYUNIVERSE.COM. Include 1) your original order number, 2) a brief description of the issue and 3) a couple of clear images.

    In 2021, Shanna Henry and Petros Hermes Pappalas were driven by a simple, yet profound frustration—never having a reusable bag when they needed one. This everyday inconvenience sparked an idea that would soon evolve into SYZY.

    Guided by their design philosophy that "if a product is easy to use, made of quality materials, and is designed well, it is sustainable," they set out to redefine what a reusable bag could be. Shanna and Petros didn’t just want to create another product; they aimed to craft a solution that would seamlessly integrate into daily life, making modern sustainability an effortless choice. SYZY was born from this vision, embodying their commitment to innovation, quality, and enduring design.
